Register a family with multi-course savings
Register multiple courses and participants together, then choose full payment or eligible installments after discounts.
- 1
Put qualifying courses in one purchase
On your organization’s public portal, add the intended courses to the cart and proceed to checkout. Select the correct participant on every course. Use the same saved participant for their different courses; for a new participant, enter consistent name and birth date details. Only eligible paid courses bought together count toward the offer.
- 2
Add another person to the same course
Choose Add another participant to this course, then select or enter the other participant and complete their required form and schedule choices. Use Remove this participant to remove an extra entry. Each participant can appear only once per course. Check age eligibility and available places; adding another person requires another place.
- 3
Check the automatic discount
Review Multi-course discount in the order summary after participant details are complete. No code is required. If it is missing, check the active rule, eligible courses, threshold and whether it counts one person or the family. Free courses, waitlists, products, memberships and past purchases do not help reach the threshold; schedule options do not create extra courses.
- 4
Apply any promo code before choosing payments
Enter a promo code if you have one and click Apply. Recheck the summary. A message that the multi-course discount is better means the code adds no savings under the current rules. Course promotions, membership savings and taxes are calculated before installment amounts. Choosing installments does not remove the family discount.
- 5
Choose full payment or installments in the cart
In Payment → Payment schedule, choose Pay in full or Pay in installments. The choice appears only when a course has an available plan and a balance that can be split. The organization chooses each plan’s timing: a before-start plan shortens near the start date and excludes started courses; an after-start plan keeps all payments, including for a course already underway. Each course keeps its own plan. Courses without an available plan, memberships and store items are paid today; waitlists are not charged.
- 6
Read today’s amount and every future date
Review Order total, Due now and Upcoming payments. The upcoming list combines amounts due on the same date; courses with different plans can produce different dates. For example, two children each taking a $640 course and a $545 course total $2,014.50 after a 15% family discount, without taxes or credit. If all four registrations allow three monthly payments, $671.54 is due today, followed by $671.48 and $671.48. Rounding is calculated per registration. Switching to full payment makes the whole remaining order amount due today.
- 7
Check how account credit affects today’s payment
If offered, choose whether to apply your account credit. It covers only the course portion due today, not memberships, store items or future installments. Review the new Due now amount. If credit covers the entire payment due today, no card is saved at this checkout. Pay the remaining installments from Orders & invoices; reminders will be sent.
- 8
Confirm the payment and follow the shared invoice
If a payment is due today, review the scheduled-payment authorization, choose Continue to payment and complete the secure checkout. If nothing is due today, choose Complete order. Correct any displayed pricing, availability or schedule error before retrying. Check the confirmation’s total, amount paid today and remaining balance. The order has one invoice and separate registrations. Future automatic payments for the same invoice, buyer, card and due date are collected together. In Orders & invoices, you can pay a registration’s next installment or full balance early; that does not settle the other registrations. Loyalty points become available only after the program ends, even if paid in full or by installments beforehand. Per-dollar rewards use eligible program payments minus refunds; each program in a mixed purchase waits for its own final date.
