Create automatic multi-course discounts

Set eligible courses, participant or family counting, and progressive discount tiers.

  1. 1

    Start an automatic promotion

Open Money → Promo with an account allowed to manage promotions. Choose Create promotion → Multi-course discount. Enter a recognizable Discount name. Families do not need to enter a code for this offer.

  2. 2

    Choose whose courses count

Under Count courses for, choose The same participant to count each person separately, or The whole family account to combine the family’s registrations in one purchase. Two children taking the same course count as two registrations for a family rule, but only one each for a participant rule. Past purchases do not count.

  3. 3

    Select eligible courses

Open Eligible courses. Keep Select all for all courses, including courses created later. To restrict the offer, clear Select all and check the intended courses; select at least one. Free courses, waitlists, memberships and store products do not count. Multiple schedule options in one program count as one course per participant.

  4. 4

    Build increasing tiers

In Discount tiers, set the course threshold and Discount (%). For example, offer 15% at 4 courses and use Add a tier for 20% at 5. Thresholds must be distinct whole numbers from 2 to 1000; percentages must increase, from 0.01% to 100%. Keep 1–20 tiers; use Remove to delete an extra tier. The highest reached tier applies to every eligible course in that group, not just courses above the threshold.

  5. 5

    Activate and check the offer

Review Combine with promo codes using discount combinations. Leave Active checked to enable the offer, or clear it to save an inactive rule. Click Create multi-course discount, correct any displayed error and confirm Promotion saved. and the list status. Check a qualifying checkout and one below the threshold before announcing the offer. You can also create and manage this offer with the assistant.
