Duplicate programs into a new period

Reuse selected programs, adjust the new period and review its sessions before creating drafts.

  1. 1

    Select the source programs

Open Duplicate a period with program-management access. Search and filter by Type, City, Venue or Program, then select the source programs. Review programs selected outside the current filters before continuing.

  2. 2

    Define the new period

Enter the period name and the first and last possible session dates. Weekly days and times are kept where the source schedule is unambiguous; only sessions within the new dates are created. Open optional adjustments to update years in names, shift fixed age-reference dates or change prices and places. The defaults keep these values.

  3. 3

    Review the calendar and warnings

Inspect the proposed sessions. Resolve any ambiguous schedule choice, exclude unwanted dates or sessions, and review individual adjustments where offered. Read warnings about names, age dates and existing copies. Refresh the preview after changing your choices; do not approve a stale preview.

  4. 4

    Create and inspect the drafts

When the preview is correct and blocking issues are resolved, create the programs. They start as drafts without registrations or financial history. Inspect the copied programs, options, forms, prices and dates before publishing. Create an additional duplicate only when that is intentional.
