Work with Ubouk Assistant

Ask about your organization, prepare supported actions and review changes before approving them.

  1. 1

Open the Assistant in your organization

Open Ubouk Assistant from an authorized workspace. Check the organization and describe your task: for example, find a program, inspect an enrollment or prepare a message. Available actions depend on your role, enabled features and the Assistant’s supported tools. It does not operate every page.

  2. 2

    Resolve ambiguous names

Name the program and person precisely. If several records match, answer the Assistant’s clarification before continuing. A check that someone may enroll does not itself authorize a transfer or another change. Use the linked native page when the requested action is unavailable.

  3. 3

    Review the proposed action

Read the proposal’s affected records, dates, amounts and recipients. For a message, inspect the subject and preview. Edit or reject a proposal that is not correct; approve only the displayed action you intend to carry out. For medical details, use the medical form offered by the platform rather than putting them in the conversation or attachments.

  4. 4

    Check the outcome

After approval, read the execution result and open the affected record when needed. A proposal is not a completed action. If execution cannot be verified, check the record before retrying. Usage limits or an unavailable provider can interrupt the Assistant; you can continue through the normal platform pages.
