Refund policy
Full refund up to 14 days before the program start date. 50% refund up to 7 days before. No refunds once the program begins, except for a season-ending injury with a doctor's note (prorated).

All participants and families agree to the Example Club Code of Conduct. Schedules may change due to weather or facility availability; makeup sessions are scheduled where possible. Required forms and waivers must be completed before the first session.
